The 25th North Carolina Infantry, Inc. is a non-profit, educational, historical corporation, dedicated to preserving our American Heritage of both the North and South during this critical period of national challenge.
Our goal is to portray the common North Carolina soldier and the common Federal soldier as accurately as possible, through battle reenactments, living history programs, parades, local festivals and memorial services. In doing this, we provide accurate, historical information on daily lifestyles, specific historic events and the political realities of the time. Our Confederate impression is primarily the 25th North Carolina and our Federal Impression is the 14th Iowa (U.S.). Depending on the scenario involved, we sometimes portray other historical units.
The 25th North Carolina Infantry, Inc. is an educational organization that does not support or condone any organization or activity relating to curtailment of civil rights, overthrow of the government or extreme radicalism of any kind, legal or illegal. Members of any radical or extremist group are expressly forbidden membership in the 25th by our constitution.
